Belleville, Ont. (21/03/2017) - Shown is Jeremy Davis, who against all odds, started the Other Side Media Group along with his brother Joshua Davis. Both the brothers were born premature and suffer from cerebral palsy.

They founded the media group to promote awareness for social causes, be it an organization or an individual.

Belleville, Ont. (06/02/2017) - Kenzo Dozono has been teaching karate in Belleville since 1969. He is the technical director and president of Shohotan Karate International Federation. One reason Dozono likes to teach is because he gets to practise karate everyday too.

Liverpool, UK (11/01/2017)- John Silverfox Hayes was diagnosed with PTSD after he came back from the war in Iraq. 

"When someone comes back from war, the transition into civilian life is difficult because everything changes. Art gave me direction. I could sit for hours and paint. Especially after I was diagnosed with PTSD, art gave me focus," said Hayes.

BELLEVILLE, Ont. (06/02/15) - Marilyn Fortin is the Caribbean-North America regional representative for the World Day of Prayer International Committee. "Our Festival Day Cuba, in Belleville, started with a Bible Study. We participated in a drumming circle after listening to a brief history on the influence of Afro-Cuban music. We enjoyed Cuban dishes such as Green Soup, Rice Pudding, lemonade and real Cuban coffee with sugar and a scoop of ice cream. I enjoyed every moment of it," says Fortin.
